1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 16 (or under the age of digital consent in your country), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy for you, and must approve any purchase.
2. Accounts
- You can play as a guest. A guest account is stored in your browser; if you clear it, the guest account and its progress can be lost.
- A registered account (username and password) keeps your progress. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
- Usernames and display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal data of other people.
- You may delete your account at any time in the game's Settings.
3. Coins, items and purchases
- Coins, guns, skins, upgrades, the Battle Pass and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the Game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or traded outside the Game.
- Some items can be bought with real money. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
- Because virtual items are delivered immediately, purchases are final once delivered, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. If a purchase didn't arrive, contact us and we will fix it.
- You can earn coins by watching optional rewarded advertisements; there is a daily limit.
- We may change the Game's economy (prices, rewards, item stats) to keep it balanced and fun.
4. Fair play
Play fairly. The following are not allowed:
- cheats, hacks, aim-assist programs, modified game clients, scripts or bots that play for you;
- exploiting bugs, farming rewards while away (AFK) or with automation, or creating accounts in bulk;
- attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering our servers.
The Game has an automated anti-cheat system. If it detects cheating or automation, your account can be suspended automatically and your rewards from that match withheld. A team member reviews these cases; if you believe a suspension was a mistake, contact us.
5. Behaviour
Be respectful in chat, in names and in clan names. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, scams or sharing other people's personal data. Players can mute and report others; we review reports and may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts.
6. Advertising
The Game may show advertisements, including optional rewarded videos. Ads are provided by third parties as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban, and items on a banned account are lost. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.
8. The Game is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the Game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change, pause or end features, events, seasons or the Game itself. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in the Game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

3. მონეტები, ნივთები და შესყიდვები
- მონეტები, იარაღები, სკინები, გაუმჯობესებები, Battle Pass და სხვა ნივთები არის თამაშის შიგნით სარგებლობის შეზღუდული, პირადი, გადაუცემელი უფლება. მათ არ აქვთ რეალური ფულადი ღირებულება, არ იცვლება ფულზე და არ იყიდება თამაშის გარეთ.
- ზოგიერთი ნივთის ყიდვა შესაძლებელია რეალური ფულით. ფასი ჩანს გადახდამდე. გადახდას ამუშავებს გადახდის პროვაიდერი; ჩვენ თქვენი ბარათის მონაცემებს ვერ ვხედავთ და არ ვინახავთ.
- ვირტუალური ნივთები მაშინვე გეძლევათ, ამიტომ მიღების შემდეგ შესყიდვა საბოლოოა, გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა თქვენი ქვეყნის კანონი თანხის დაბრუნების უფლებას გაძლევთ. თუ შესყიდვა არ მოგივიდათ, დაგვიკავშირდით და გამოვასწორებთ.
- მონეტების მიღება შესაძლებელია სურვილისამებრ სარეკლამო ვიდეოს ყურებითაც; ამას დღიური ლიმიტი აქვს.
- ბალანსის შესანარჩუნებლად შეიძლება შევცვალოთ ფასები, ჯილდოები და ნივთების მახასიათებლები.
4. სამართლიანი თამაში
ითამაშეთ სამართლიანად. აკრძალულია:
- ჩიტები, ჰაკები, დამიზნების პროგრამები, შეცვლილი თამაშის კლიენტი, სკრიპტები ან ბოტები, რომლებიც თქვენ ნაცვლად თამაშობენ;
- შეცდომების ბოროტად გამოყენება, ჯილდოების „ფარმი“ უმოქმედოდ ან ავტომატიზაციით, ანგარიშების მასობრივი შექმნა;
- ჩვენს სერვერებზე თავდასხმა, გადატვირთვა ან მათი უკუ-ინჟინერია.
თამაშს აქვს ავტომატური ანტი-ჩიტ სისტემა. თუ ის აღმოაჩენს თაღლითობას ან ავტომატიზაციას, ანგარიში შეიძლება ავტომატურად დაიბლოკოს და იმ მატჩის ჯილდო არ მოგეცეთ. ასეთ შემთხვევებს ჩვენი გუნდი განიხილავს; თუ ფიქრობთ, რომ შეცდომაა, დაგვიკავშირდით.
5. ქცევა
იყავით პატივისცემით სავსე ჩატში, სახელებსა და კლანის სახელებში. აკრძალულია შევიწროება, სიძულვილის ენა, მუქარა, სექსუალური შინაარსი, სპამი, თაღლითობა და სხვისი პერსონალური მონაცემების გავრცელება. მოთამაშეებს შეუძლიათ ერთმანეთის დადუმება და დასაჩივრება; ჩვენ ვიხილავთ საჩივრებს და შეგვიძლია გაფრთხილება, დადუმება, დროებითი ან სამუდამო დაბლოკვა.
6. რეკლამა
თამაშში შეიძლება იყოს რეკლამა, მათ შორის სურვილისამებრ სარეკლამო ვიდეოები ჯილდოთი. რეკლამას აწვდიან მესამე პირები, როგორც ეს კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკაშია აღწერილი.
7. დაბლოკვა და შეწყვეტა
შეგვიძლია დავბლოკოთ ან დავხუროთ ანგარიშები, რომლებიც ამ პირობებს არღვევენ. სერიოზული ან განმეორებითი დარღვევა იწვევს სამუდამო დაბლოკვას და დაბლოკილ ანგარიშზე არსებული ნივთები იკარგება. თქვენ შეგიძლიათ ნებისმიერ დროს შეწყვიტოთ თამაში და წაშალოთ ანგარიში.
8. თამაში მოწოდებულია „როგორც არის“
ვცდილობთ, თამაში ყოველთვის მუშაობდეს, მაგრამ ვერ დაგპირდებით, რომ ის ყოველთვის ხელმისაწვდომი და უშეცდომო იქნება. შეიძლება შევცვალოთ, შევაჩეროთ ან დავასრულოთ ფუნქციები, ღონისძიებები, სეზონები ან თავად თამაში. კანონით დაშვებულ ფარგლებში არ ვართ პასუხისმგებელი არაპირდაპირ ზარალზე და ჩვენი პასუხისმგებლობა შემოიფარგლება იმ თანხით, რაც ბოლო 12 თვეში გადაგვიხადეთ. ეს პირობები არ ზღუდავს მომხმარებლის იმ უფლებებს, რომელთა შეზღუდვაც კანონით დაუშვებელია.
9. პირობების ცვლილება
შეიძლება განვაახლოთ ეს პირობები. მნიშვნელოვანი ცვლილებების შესახებ თამაშში გაცნობებთ. განახლების შემდეგ თამაშის გაგრძელება ნიშნავს, რომ ეთანხმებით მას.
10. კანონი
ამ პირობებს არეგულირებს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა, თქვენი საცხოვრებელი ქვეყნის მომხმარებელთა დაცვის სავალდებულო წესების დაუზიანებლად.
